So I watched my mouth, and I cleaned my wounds and I found that the time it took to heal myself was the time I spent apart from you. Well I beared my tongue, and I spoke my truth But the truth I was painting out was coloured by the hurt I felt from you. Over and over, over and over, I tried to let you go But I still kept crawling back for more So I watched my step, I was careful not fall When I turned around and looked for you, I was glad that you had gone I thought about those falls and now I see the rise Sometimes the fall you make is just a prelude to a climb Over and over, over and over, I tried to let you go But I still kept coming back for more, there was nothing to stop me taking that fall. Over and over until, I let you go. Until I let you go Until I let you go Until I let you go Until I let you... Over and over, over and over, and now I’ve let you go but you keep on crawling back for more

Puzzle Piece 02:27
How can a man change when his life has become a muddle How could a man change when he lost the missing piece of the puzzle Life is not the only thing you cannot change You only make it harder now It's best to let it go Thumb and forefinger poised To snatch a square and to match the colours You find a piece that fits the corners set now you’re moving in Life is not the only thing you cannot change You only make it harder now It's best to let it go Just don't tell me that you forgive me for all that I've said I'm a book thats so easily read that you've heard me before I speak Just please tell me that I’m the missing piece lost from your heart that you feel me we are apart That together we are complete

Let it Rain 03:03
Gladys had a midnight to Georgia its always on my mind and Mandy is blue because her daughters hard to find there will always be those days when songs spring into your mind Bringing images and memories of long forgotten times There will always be an ending in your mind There will always be a place that you can find I will always be there right beside your side You will always have a place inside my mind It's like when you tell yourself that it wil be okay and it falls down around you and slaps you in the face It might be tomorrow when I can find my place until then I'll keep on walking I'll leave tracks they'll never trace Come on let it rain
4.
Just Leave 01:59
You said you want to go, well baby that's all right with me Say bye, bye baby, don't forget your key I told once now I'll tell you again Just Leave Just say you want to leave and you're free to go right now Just go! Don't you turn around Bye, bye baby, don't darken my door no more I told once when we still were friends Just Leave Please baby you don't want to make a fool out of me Please baby you don't want to make a fool out of me But there's something in the leaving that is still not final
5.
I feel so dry, you left me burning and now I’m so high I can’t find my way down When I stopped to hear your heart I feel you breathing maybe in the dark tears become diamonds You leave me alone Twisting, turning and falling down Everything is lost When I awake you’re nowhere to be seen I catch a hint that you were here The dent of your shape in the bed A deep low left inside my head And now I’m freezing You leave me alone You said, you promised You said you’d find away but from the space I find today you’re still gone
6.
Kip 01:24
I wanna break out Just push my nose on through As soon as I get out I will find and be with you Stepping out to the sun light Taking all the olfactory delights Pretty soon I discover that I'm lost I wanna come home Just push my nose on through When I get home I will be back there with you

about

During my Pledgemusic campaign for the release of Solow I went through about 45 old minidiscs full of old demo and live recordings that I had made over the years.
A lot of the time these demos were half songs or even just single ideas for a verse or a chorus. In some rare cases I found complete songs that I had completely forgotten about.
I decided to update, renew and re-record the best of these songs.
The lost dogs have come home to Bandcamp.
